Kalinago Beach Wedding Services Terms & Conditions:

All prices are quoted in US$ and are exclusive of Value-added tax and Service Charge.
To confirm the wedding celebration date, pre-payment of chosen package is required and non-refundable for any reason.

Payment of additional services and amenities to be paid as follows:
-50% to be paid six (6) weeks prior to wedding date
-Balance to be paid two (2) weeks prior to wedding date
In case of cancellation, basic package fee is non-refundable.

Other services and amenities may be partly refundable by written notice received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to wedding date. Kalinago Beach Resort Resort is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions or other Acts of nature. Please note: decorations are part of the hotel inventory charges will apply to any missing items

Wedding Pre-Requisites:

Valid Passports
Birth Certificates
Sworn Affidavit (or letter from a Clergy Man, Lawyer or Registry), attesting that neither party has not been married previously
Decree Absolute, for each divorced party
If widowed, the deceased's Death Certificate
Legal proof if a name was changed by Deed Poll
If under the age of 21, written parental consent by way of an Affidavit from a Lawyer or Notary Public.
All documents must be in English. If the originals are in another language, they must be translated into English and certified

Wedding is free if party books 6 rooms for a minimum 14 nights, or 10 rooms for a minimum of 7 nights

Get married at the exclusive Kalinago Beach Resort and stay for free on your honeymoon for one week.

Conditions of Free Honeymoon Special:
Offer must be planned in conjunction with wedding date month and is subject to availability. Valid only for 7-night stay (room only) in same category as originally booked on wedding stay. Offer must not be combined with added-values or promotions. The Wedding must be held at Kalinago Beach Resort ; and there is a requirement that a minimum of 10 persons(wedding guests) is required to stay at the resort for at least 3 days with a guaranteed bookings of (5)-five rooms during wedding period to be eligible for free honeymoon. Offer applies to wedding reception events hosted between dates Mar 1 through November 30.
